Team: With your budget of $25M, assemble your team of four drivers and one team.

Scoring: All points for both qualifying and race are added to determine your final score. Qualifying pts will also be used to determine a Pole Winner.

Trades: Up to three trades may be made throughout the season, but not until after the 3rd race. One trade will be earned after races 3, 6, and 9.

New driver values will be released after races 5 and 10. You never have to trade, but if you do, your team must fall within the $25M budget after the trade.

Unavailable Driver: If a driver is unavailable for any reason, no trade will be necessary. Your team will continue to earn points for whoever is driving that car. If a car is suspended or not fielded, you will automattically get his team-mate until his return. If the team (both cars) is suspended or folds, you may choose a less valuable driver to fill in until that team returns.

Standings: Your teams' score will determine your order of finish among the other teams competing. The following championship points (same as the F1 system) will be earned:

Final Race Pts: 10, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1

Tie Breakers: Your best driver will be compared against opponents best. If tied, move to second best, etc. Team pts will be last. If a tie still exists then best drivers race position (not pts) to be used. For Season Finish, each team’s number of 1st place finishes, then 2nd’s and so on to be compared.

Prizes: Season Champion to be credited with a Free CART2001 Entry.
